I narrowed the fender about 1.25 and welded it back together. Its plastic so I used a plastic welder. Its reinforced with stainless wire mesh embedded into the weld on the underside. Youd think yeah right and I did too but you cannot break the weld. Ive had several people try to spread the fender and crack it out but they cant. Thats some strong stuff.

What you see there is 1300 forks with 04 shadow lowers/caliper with 1800 aftermarket rotor. Moved the braking to the left side. Also 6* rake. All I have left is to make some fender mounts then it comes apart for chrome and paint.

Fairing is a 2 piece extreme rev fiberglass ultra fairing with in dash gps/dvd. When mounted properly the headlight will come forward. Fairing is just sitting on there in the pic.

Sumo rear fender kit with tubular arm and arnott air ride. She drops down lowwww when the air is dumped.

1.5 carlini bag drag bars cut/widened for metric riser fitment.

finish the front, choose my wheels, do up an lsb and Im done.

Would you be interested in modding another front fender if i sent you mine? For now, $$$, i will probably only be doing work on the front end (batwing, rake, & 21" wheel), then when i can i will put money into the rear end.

yeah we can prolly make that happen. Just give me a call we'll work it out.
I'll need the inner fender support also. It has to be cut down so you can reuse it to mount the fender. The fender mount holes are moved down about .25 to compensate for the clearance lost when taking the 1.25 from the center. You'll have to put .50 or so spacers in on each side to reach over and grab the fender. Im my case since I changed to shadow lowers I have to make brackets.
